Management Clay Bretches Chief Executive Officer and President Clay Bretches Chief Executive Officer and President CLAY BRETCHES was appointed CEO of Altus Midstream Company and senior vice president – U.S. Midstream Operations of Apache Corporation in January 2019. Previously, Bretches served as the president and CEO of Sendero Midstream since 2014 and in various leadership roles at Anadarko for 14 years prior to that. At Anadarko, Bretches served as vice president, E&P Services and Minerals from 2010 to 2014, providing commercial, technical and logistical support to the company’s global operations. From 2005 to 2010, he held the position of vice president, Marketing and Minerals, leading Anadarko’s worldwide marketing team for crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids and was instrumental in the formation of Western Gas Partners, a midstream MLP. Earlier in his career, Bretches led the crude oil marketing and midstream operations for Vastar Resources and worked as an engineer for ARCO on various drilling, completion and reservoir engineering projects in West Texas and the midcontinent. Bretches received a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He was commissioned as an officer into the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from Texas A&M University and served in various leadership positions in the U.S. Army Reserve. Bretches serves on the advisory council of the Electric Power Research Institute and is the past board of directors president of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation – Gulf Coast Chapter. Ben Rodgers Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Ben Rodgers Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer BEN C. RODGERS serves as the chief financial officer and treasurer of Altus Midstream. Rodgers has also served as vice president and treasurer to Apache Corporation since May 2018. Previously, Rodgers served as senior vice president at EIG Global Energy Partners, where he led an investment team focusing on originating and managing oil and gas debt and equity investments in North America. Before that, he was with Concho Resources serving in a variety of leadership roles including vice president of Commodities and Midstream and vice president and treasurer. He also previously held the role of vice president, Syndicated and Leveraged Finance, in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan Securities. Before that, he was senior consultant in the Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young. Rodgers holds an MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas A&M University. Bryan Graham Vice President, Operations Bryan Graham Vice President, Operations BRYAN GRAHAM was appointed vice president, Operations, for Altus Midstream in September 2019. He also serves as senior manager, Midstream Operations, for Apache Corporation. Previously, Graham held the position of vice president, Permian Region operations, at DCP Midstream. He also served as asset director (Gulf Coast, Barnett Shale, East Texas, North Louisiana) and general manager of Permian Region operations. Before that, he worked for LyondellBasell from 1998 to 2012 in various roles. Graham also served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve from 2008 to 2016. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering summa cum laude from Lamar University and a master’s degree in systems engineering from Southern Methodist University. Jim Virginillo Vice President, Engineering & Technology Jim Virginillo Vice President, Engineering & Technology JIM VIRGINILLO was appointed vice president, Engineering & Technology, for Altus Midstream in September 2019. He also serves as director, Engineering & Construction, for Apache Corporation and has held various facility engineering positions with Apache since he joined the company in 2014. Prior to joining Apache, Virginillo served as manager, Process & Applications, for Enerflex Energy Systems, leading a team developing process designs and equipment specifications for gas and liquids processing projects. Before that, Virginillo served as a lead process/facilities engineer in the EPC consulting industry, designing and executing gas processing plants, subsea projects, pipelines, and oil sands water treatment plants. Prior to this, he served as a facilities engineer at Imperial Oil Resources. Virginillo holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
